Typical Metal Building application: Column base plate that attaches to bolts in foundation. Standard sizes range from 8” to 12” square with thicknesses ranging from 3/8” to 1/2”.

Gussett Plate - Mill Finish

Typical Metal Building application: Additional bracing at Column/Truss Connection. Standard sizes range from 8” to 12” square with thicknesses ranging from 3/8” to 1/2”.

Flat bar - Mill (A-36)

Typical Metal Building application: Clips, braces, base plates, etc.. Standard sizes range from 2-1/2” to 8” in thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8”,  and 1/2”. All sizes come in 10’ and 20’ lengths.

Note: Our in-house fabrication department can custom weld pipe columns with base plates and Pipe-style trusses to save you fabrication time in the field. Can also apply Steel Primer Coating or have Hot-Dip Galvanizing applied for additional protection during and after your project is complete.

Square and Rectangular Tubing

We stock the following sizes:

•  2” x 2” - 11ga. & 14 ga. - Red Oxide Primed finish - 20’ & 24’ long
•  4” x 2” - 11ga. - Mill finish - 20’ long
•  4” x 2” - 14 ga. - Red Oxide Primed finish - 20’ & 24’ long
•  4” x 4” - 11ga. & 14 ga. - Red Oxide Primed finish - 20’ & 24’ long

Wide Flange Beam - Mill  (A-36)

Typical Metal Building application: Support Column or Truss Fabrication. Standard sizes are w6x9, w8x10, w10x12. w12x14, w12x19, w14x22, and w16x26 in various lengths ranging from 20’ to 50’.

Note: Our in-house fabrication department can custom weld beam columns with base plates and Beam-style trusses to save you fabrication time in the field. Can also apply Steel Primer Coating or have Hot-Dip Galvanizing applied for additional protection during and after your project is complete.

Our Fabrication Services include custom fabrication of the structural columns and trusses. Fully welded with 6010 Full-pen weld to your specifications.
